The issue has been identified and has been fixed. Submissions may still be in queued status for longer than usual as the system catches up on submissions that have been sent.

Investigating -
We are experiencing some slower than usual processing times for submissions. Submissions are still being processed, but my stay in Queued status longer than usual. We are looking into the cause.
